Be careful not to jump with the lockout on... I did by accident and the rebound and lockout broke and ruined the fork..... haha

An Unturndown (INVENTED ON A BMX NOT MTB) Is when you crank a turndown, you are supposed to turn your bars the opposite way than regular,kind of like a turndown x up... not just bow your legs and make the bike go flat while taking a foot off.........

For the record, they are neither. Its a bow-legged 1 foot table, plain and simple. And I have no idea how they because so popular (probably because they are 100 times easier than real 1 foot tables)
